“Coast to Coast: Celebrating Local Archives”
The Coast to Coast exhibition features a selection of artwork from the Clayton McLain Memorial Museum and Archives, a number of local history books from the Cut Knife Library – Lakeland Division and treasured pieces from the private collections of local residents.

Coast to Coast displays a variety of media from a wide range of artists. All pieces have a connection to the Cut Knife area. Some of the artists had roots here; some of the subject matter is central to the history here; other pieces were collected from other places and brought here. All artwork is described within the context of its historical narrative, which adds another dimension to the piece itself. Enjoy…
Artists represented are: Delilah Myrtle Atton, Shirley Marilyn Buday, Sidney Herbert Barker, Richard Lindemere, W.R. MacAskill, J.W.C Macdonald, R. McLeod, Joanne Patricia Shivak, and Unknown.
